The application can be downloaded through the app store and google play store. Under the name "Tipaklong"

How much are the Tipaklong Rentals? 

E-Bikes and E-Scooters are 15 pesos for the first 5 minutes and 2 pesos for every minute after.

For mechanical bikes, it's 9.99 pesos for the first 10 minutes and 2 pesos for every minute after. 

Scooter Day Pass Rates:

25 Minutes -- 50 Pesos

50 Minutes -- 100 Pesos

80 Minites -- 150 Pesos

To claim: Go to the Tipaklong APP go to the top left menu -> Add Credit -> Subscribe a Membership -> Select membership subscription -> Payment. 

To ensure the status of your Day pass:  Go to the Tipaklong APP go to the top left menu -> Add Credit -> check "My wallet" , Check: "Current membership" and time remaining on your day pass!

• Ensure that you DON’T have a negative balance when availing of the day pass or you will NOT be able to ride Tipaklong 
• When you want to Pause the ride, we recommend ending the ride as pausing chargers will still occur when riding the day pass. 
• You can change scooters any time within the consumable minutes of the day pass
• The day pass is only valid for 24 hours from the time you availed of the pass. 
• The day pass is only for SCOOTERS as of this update 
• Scooters that have no more time in the day pass may end the ride at the exact expiry of time. 

You can see the stations by clicking the "P" in the bottom left corner of the map in the Tipaklong app.

Under the user guidelines, you have to be at least 18 years old to ride Tipaklong bikes and scooters. 

Office hours for Tipaklong customer support are from 7:30am to 7:30pm for weekdays, and 8:00am to 6pm during weekends.

Except for Holidays.

However Tipaklong Bikes and Scooters are available 24/7!

You can load through our app by clicking on the TOP left menu and pressing "ADD CREDIT". Then proceed to select the load you want and pay through PAYMAYA or QRPH.

You can rent helmets at the Tipaklong Main Hub, however you need the following: 

1) Valid ID

Daily rental- 25 PHP

Weekly Rental- 50- PHP

Monthly Rental- 150 PHP
